Building the Legacy Guild is a dream of mine.  The concept is simple;  Create a forum or blog for people who love woodworking and want to share this joy with their kids and grandkids.  To join the Guild all that you need is a desire to “leave your legacy.”

This is important because our kids aren’t learning the skills that we learned in shop class — there is not a shop class at my daughters high school or my sons middle school.  If we want our kids and grandkids to learn this art, we will have to teach them.

My hope is that the Legacy Guild will pass on the joy of woodworking to the younger generations.  How it will work is up in the air.
